Bookmarks - Collecting and finding items like bookmarks, signed rare first editions, rare postage stamps and other favorite written material is like having Christmas all year long. Note of interest, that the bookmark to the right was created for my mother in the early 1920s. Collecting bookmarks makes the bookmark to the left precious to me, but rare because it relates to the times when persons would use these bookmarks as calling cards.

Maybe you found an old bookmark or poster in your grandmother's attic, basement or in an old box, even the old box could be an item some collector is looking for. Have fun collecting. The finds are sometimes astounding and exciting, and there is still some exciting hidden collectables out there for you the collector.
